I think Feeney will get there, but for now he's better off learning the trade, and we need to do something about our problem with the closest thing we have to a marquee player in Gagai. He's wasted out there defending like a clueless kid and getting no quality ball. Put him at fullback and give him the responsibility of being a key spine player, but more importantly get him out of the front line.

Im inclined to think the same...

Im liking most of what Feeney is doing (he's 2 games in so im happy to forgive the f*ck ups), but his positioning at FB is awful. Its a very unique position so i put id entirely down to his inexperience there.

Maybe throwing him in the deep end and letting him learn from the mistakes will be good, but id worry it would destroy his confidence. Maybe a stint on the wing (so he is going back for kicks) would be a better move

The one thing I will say about Pat is his D seems to be in order (though he hasn't been targeted a great deal). He's gotta be the biggest of the brothers, surely.

I'd think about playing them both in the centres with Gagai and Ross on the wings (provided Aku isn't fit).

We can only hope we have a split personality at home games and play far better. Raiders clearly are a power side and any form of disciplinary slip will see a similar score line. Austin and Sezer being absent is supposed to help but Williams is a very capable halfback with space.
