Burns has way more impact on the game than OK who is pretty much a nothing plodder. Burns is the type of player we need this game.
He has had a good season. Hudson young is the backrower he will come up against though and I'd prefer Nikora on that assignment. Just more trust in Nikora and combinations. Though Nikora was good off the bench and a bench of Sifa, Nikora, Hazo and BHU has some impact. If you look at the two teams we have an edge on the bench and it has been a turning point the last 2 weeks when they come on.

Totally fine with Burns over OK. OK isn't as bad as people make out. He plays his role well and allows others to do their job.

It is a f**ken hard choice. I hope Hazleton is fit and we have to make the decision. Sounded like Fitz might go Burns based on his press conference after the game. If Hazleton is not 100% then you don't play him.

OK does a lot of defence work, and we will need to stop the offloads of the Raiders.
Burns can start bigger body on the field and he is playing great.
To me it's Uele hard to say but if Hazo is back.
You get Hazo and Talakai on together then OK comes on as players tire towards back end of half.
Nikora which Fitz can inject when he sees it's needed.
I am always worried with Uele be it a dropped ball or a injury, maybe thats just me

What makes me prefer Burns is OK was absolutely gassed last week when he didn't appear to have done much.

On checking he did make the 2nd most metres of a forward. One more m than burns but 1/3rd the tackles

OK may have fixed this up, can't say I've noticed but there was some games earlier in the season where he was the chief tackler and was dominated by the ball carrier who'd either offload or put his body in front of OK so he was out of play giving the dummy half space. Tapine and co are not the players you want to let offload at will

Nope.

Had tickets all but booked to Brizvegas and still dirty the trip is off.
Matt Rogers told a story earlier this week that when the Faiders had the game sewn up last Sunday he got a call from mates to book a box at suncorp to watch the sharks this weekend.

He did.

15 minutes later the Faiders faded.

Two things.
How much pull is the Rat got to get a box in 5 minutes.
And, wouldn't be cheap.

Young always cooks us I know. I just believe in Nikora a lot and in a game of sudden death I want him out there playing at his best.

I hear what you're saying.
It's a tough choice, for sure.

That miss he made on Young in Rd 5 was about the first time I can remember being completely unimpressed with Brit's defensive efforts.
He's had a few more over the course of the season as well, so it does have me questioning whether it would be the right move.

But he's been a gun for 150+ games, and Burns is still comparably early in his career.

And maybe the break, coupled with the knowledge he didn't just waltz straight back into the team, will have him primed for a big one.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I back Fitz to make the right call.

From watching Brit for years I know him as well as you can know an athlete without actually knowing them if that makes sense. I back him to be super pissed off about this season, the suspensions and how Young got that over him. Gun to my head I go Nikora. I also am all in on this us vs the world attitude and feel Nikora would feed on it with his mates. Burns though I have zero issue with starting and moving to the middle. I just want more game time for Brit and like the idea of flooding the middle like we have the last few weeks. I have the shits we haven't done it all season but perhaps Fitz thought it was too physical to sustain all season.

Get the job done fellas. Kick in the f**king front door and then see what the edges can do.

I feel you Mate. In 2002, I booked tickets (living in Brisbane) to the GF expecting the Sharks to be there instead we saw Warriors v Roosters
