I've already told you that certain cultures in Africa believe that HIV can be cured by having sex with a virgin. Medical science has proven that this is incorrect beyond a shadow of a doubt. Would saying that medical science and I are corect and that African culture is wrong make me a racist?

I have wondered the same thing.

But imo he's just a compulsive liar. Not sure if we can call that handicapped? Its a thing that children usually do, but they normally grow out of it. No doubt some (like Razor) carry it through to adulthood.
