Fogini is a bit of an arrogant twat. Was really hoping Thompson would pull through.

I ended up tuning out of the match somewhat after Jordan Thompson had the dummy spit and smashed his racket, the third set wasn't sure whether Thompson lifted or Fogini tanked it a bit , didn't watch the final set but apart from the first set it wasn't a quality match from what I saw.

I tuned it super late and Thompson saved 5 match points but then lost it in the tiebreak.

The first set was pretty good quality, the 2nd set was all Fognini and Jordan looked lost at sea and was throwing in some rubbish shots that's when he smashed his racket twice for good measure, it seemed to lift him for the 3rd set but after the dummy spit i sought of only half heartedly watched from there doing other things, the 3rd set from what i saw looked like Fognini had lost his way and was hitting the balls into the net more often than not, not quite tanking but looking uninterested at times.

Good to see Nick keep his head. Hope he wins R3 to set up a clash with Nadal. He might even be half a chance, I'm not sure Nadal likes the low bouncing dead balls.

I give you a friendly tip. Kyrgios won't beat Nadal this tournament.

Tbh I think he easily could, followed by a loss to a guy outside the top 10 in the Quarters. He gets up for big games and Nadal struggles with his rivals. Won't win a slam any time soon though.

I don't think he will either & it'll be a tough match against Khachanov (despite his poor form). Nadal was very ordinary against Delbonis but will be up for it against Kyrgios.

Coco rolls Osaka. I've never seen Osaka play that bad. Piss poor attitude of just show up thinking she would easily win. Am I not giving enough credit?
