There is a guy in it who looks pretty similar to Arnold (he's an Austrian bodybuilder too and he played Arnold in a biopic), there is no confirmation on who he is playing though.

He could be playing a slightly different model terminator or Arnie's head might be put onto his body with CGI.

I didn't mind the 3rd one, but I'm getting rather pissed at movies having some 'new addition' to add to some franchise. I expect this is going to be one of those full of action with no storyline that makes sense. Personally I like the orginal first two and that should have stayed that way, no third one no flipping other tale like the TV crap because personally it all ruined it.
