And don't take it personally - i'm a straight shooter on here and always have been. I'll be the first to admit i'm probably too agro most the time. I certainly don't think i'm a better fan then anyone or that i know more then anyone - i simply back my opinion against others.

Most the people i argue with on here i sit next to at the footy drinking beer. Regardless, whatever people think of me on here does not bother me one bit. I'll try and tone down the upfront approach to discussion though, because i am sick to death of the bigger fan taunts and abuse... i really am.

Once again, Hinton for FB.

any way...the tone of the message was that i do show you respect - every time we have one of these rediculous running battles i say i respect the support you show the club and the forum is better for the knowledge of the club you bring it.

i'd just appreciate it if you were less arrogant in how you put your opinion across. there was no need to question my opinion based on the number of games you have attended. you could have said "i've seen him play PL and noticed this and that...".

thats all i am saying...

It's abOriginal, and WTF does his racial background got to do with the price of eggs, he's a good fullback, fullstop

Hey Chris dont be so touchy feely, mentioning that someones aboriginal when they are isnt a bad thing.

Most indigenous Australians are rightly proud of their background.

So dont bag people for pointing out what they are.

I'd like to think Australia's grown up enough where you can point someones background when mentioning their accomplishment without the PC brigade jumping up and down.

Personally I reckon that Seage should get the nod, more experienced and we know that his safe as in defence and brillant under all kicks.

Lets be honest even the Hinton supporters know that there's no chance that Hagan is going to pick him.

Just thought I'd poke my head in for a sec and say that if you watch Quinn on field, alot of the time he will be sniffing around the rucks, looking for the offload. He may not do it for the entire set, but he still does it quite alot.

Oh yeh noted champ...i was talkin about how the diff is fullbacks can do it an entire set..where wingers..(well they shuld anyways) stay on there wing for most the time....actually thinkin about it...best time for wingers to come in lookin for the offload etc is our 40m to opposition 40 m....then stay on wing inside the "red zone" (30m - tryline) to be ready any set plays or wateva. but hey i dont play 1st grade so wat do i know!!

like SirKnight said im a tad worried Hagan will do the usual flip on the right call and pic say Cooper or Kids for fullbACK and not even suggest Hinton if Seag is unavailable...start of the yr i was on Hagans side...but his coaching f**k-ups WITHOUT johns there is getting unbearable....

I think the fact that Hinton is keeping Seage out of the fullback posi in Premier league says a lot about his ability at Fullback. I've been a huge fan of Hintons for a couple of years now. The more I see of him the better he seems to have gotten. I've said it plenty of times over the last couple of years he is a complete fullback in all asspects of the role he has in covered plus some. Seage as said has been playing (for him) out of position on the wing, and I agree his game has suffered a little in premier league. But I think the first grade games he's played this year(including the Storm farce) he has been as good as we know he can be. He has been an a great foil for Thaiday at the back in defence, and in the Warriors game in particular rarely saw the ball because of Golden boys preference for Carneys side of the field. If he's selected at fullback in place of Thaiday then he wont let anyone down, he's a quality fullback. I would also love to see Hinton get a run in first grade (he was close last year to getting a go) I don't think he would let anyone down, and I also think he will be one of the class backs in the game in a couple of years time. This week though I think Seage will get the job, because it's a big game, and Seage is a proven performer. Whatever happens I will be livid if supercoach uses Golden boy back there.
