He won't be the only one that goes down.

The question is, will Raylan go down? Knowing the tone of the show as I do, there will be no happy ending. Raylan will die, but so will Walton Goggins.
Think you are on the money HJ, one of the my favourite ever shows justified.

It has a very unique tone. The humour is exceptionally dry, which is right up my alley, and combines well with the drama and action.

No doubt I'll be missing the show once it's over.

Had some show off who big notes more than me knock on my front door wanting to buy my house. I agreed to let him see it next week. He told me he was a legitimate buyer who had admired it for the past year etc etc.

Anyway the family especially the kids were not the same all day. I planted some clumping bamboo recently and have seen it grow and started getting all nostalgic about what the wife and I have created. Then it came to me. I don't need to sell, I built this f**king house, its full brick, only 18 months old and has in it everything that I have ever wanted.

I telephoned him this afternoon and told him, sorry but no sale.

I feel good now.

Tell him to ring me, I'm NEEDING to sell my place so I can get to Albury and closer to doctors. On the Murrumbidgee River, acre and a half, five bedroom......best location in Hay...

Great win by the Sixers tonight. Even better was the crowd. Over 50000 at Adelaide. Just goes to show that if you provide the right capacity stadium, crowds will improve. This would have been lucky to have got 20000 at the old shithole.
Another good example why Parramatta stadium should have its capacity expanded.

Suity.

just googled it ... strikers games

GENERAL ADMISSION (Level 5 of Eastern Stand unreserved seating, Level 5 of Riverbank Stand unreserved seating, northern mound area including unreserved seating, family hill and scoreboard hill)
Adult: $20
Concession: $12
U18: $5
Family (2 adults / 2 U18s): $42.50

GOLD RESERVED SEATING (Level 3 of Eastern Stand)
Adult: $40
Concession: $32
U18: $15
Family (2 adults / 2 U18s): $87.50

pretty reasonable prices .... hence the good crowds ..... the BBL crowds have been huge

One of the best things they have done is genuinely share the talent.

Bar the heat and to a lesser extent the thunder every game is really a 50/50 proposition.

You just don't see that in modern sport.

Plus a short season and short game format it stays interesting.

Also, regular free to air coverage is the foundation of any successful sport.

Rugby and soccer should be able to see that this is what has held them back.

the BBL got popular before it went free to air - thats why it went FTA, cos 10 saw it had some interest ... but it has certainly got bigger since

Crowd probabaly had a lot to do with the fact that Adelaide were undefeated and expected to qualify for the GF.

There are a few photos and videos floating around of the protest at Lakemba from the other night. One particular placard that a peaceful person was holding said: "behead those that insult the phophet Muhammad. Death to all. Allah Akbar"

Nice sentiments.

Not to mention that the newly developed Adelaide Oval is awesome.
There isn't a bad seat in the house.

Unfortunately if you have a gig in the city at the same time as an event, parking becomes a nightmare and every merkin charges double.

@sprocket___ Abbott knighthood a joke and embarrassment. Time to scrap all honours everywhere, including UK.

A man speaks frantically into the phone, "My wife is pregnant, and her contractions are only two minutes apart!".

"Is this her first child?" the doctor queries.

"No, you idiot!" the man shouts. "This is her husband!"

:D

Hope your well Pete and nothing too serious, just pre cautions in your tender years? :(

He is exactly right, its why I don't watch it.

If you don't watch it, how do you know what it's like?

I was initially very cynical, and it is certainly a completely different game to other forms of cricket (and so doesn't really bear much comparison to them), but I kinda like it. I don't like the way that the BBL has destroyed the 1st class cricket calendar so much.
