Currently there are only 10 guys in the 300 club, but I was looking at the stats and over the next year or two there could be quite an influx.

Price 292 games-playing another season
El Masri 287 games-playing another season
Lockyer 286 games-playing another season
Priddis 282 games-signed on with the Dragons for two years
Kimmorely 255 games-signed on with the Bulldogs for two years

And then there will be the possibilty a year or so later of

Wing 236 games- another 3 seasons with the Rabbits
Civoniceva 232 games-another two seasons with the Panthers, could be more

I heard Lockyer was going to retire after the World Cup so he might not play another season.

Good trivia question - who has played the most games: Petero or Wing? Surprised that Wings ahead!

Petero was a late bloomer though, didn't make his first grade debut until 22, and took him a year or two to become a regular first grader.

At the Eels, Finchy has played about 210, and at just 26 years of age with a new 3 season deal he's in a position to easily get 300 before the end of his career.

Hindmarsh has played nearly 230, and with 2 years left he probably won't get close to 300 unless he stays longer, but he'll break the record for most first grade games for Parramatta providing he stays fit, which is a great club achievement.

And well deserved if he breaks it, seeing as it seems unlikely he'll take a premiership during his long time of service with the one club.

Only Lockyer would be a one-club man though, and he is unlikely to last long enough to eclipse ET

How many did ET play for one club? Surely Menzies has played more for manly? And I don't give me northern eagles junk it was still manly and he didnt sign for any other club when he had the chance, which is the spirit of this

I agree about Menzies, but the official records say otherwise and that 69 of his games were played with the Northern Eagles, not Manly. Hopefully common sense sees this ammended down the track though.

No, common sense says he played 3 seasons for the Northern Eagles. They were not Manly.

Menzies has played 256 for Manly. He won't crack 300 for one club, unless he plays for another 2 seasons.

Lockyer has played 286

Ettingshausen played 323 for Cronulla from 1983 to 2000.

Matt Geyer has played 260 games

Does it work the same for Balmain and then Wests Tigers and St George and then St G /Illawarra? Do these players keep their "1 club" status? Not trying to be smart, actually want the correct answer.

I wish Steve Price stayed at the dogs. For some reason I think none of the crap the dogs have been through this year would have happened if Price was still captain of the dogs.
