It's not quite the same as the situation of the merged sides.

It's a great achivement to play 1 first grade game, but to play near 300 is incredible.

Matt Orford has played 199 games - he's 30 - If he plays another 4 full seasons he'll reach 300 games.
Brett Stewart has played 106 games and is only 23 years old. If he stays virtually injury free, he's not only going to break 300 games quite easily, he'll also go very close to nudging Ken Irvines tryscoring tally. Stewart already has 83 tries. He's 129 short. If he plays til the age of 32, he'll only need to score 13 tries a season on average to beat the record.

If he does break the record i dont think he'll do it in the 242 games Irvine did

El Masri should be cracking 300 around mid next year, if he plays the final 4 games of this year he will be sitting on 291 and next year will be his last year so if he stays injury free, he will crack the 300 mark and end as the games leading point scorer.

Todd Payten has played 201 games and is 29, I also know he has stated he has a desire to reach 300, although with the season he's had this year, I don't think he car get there, he'd have to stick around for another 4-5 season probably, by then he'd be 34.

I think Fittler racked up 104 at the end of 1994 at the age of 22
Tim Brasher had 108 at the end of 1993 at the age of 22 as well
