Id love to the see the giants win. I think we'd absolutely f**k them up in the divisional round, and then that would force the winner of Dallas/Bucs into a game against the niners

We will see what happens but IMO the NFC is the conference with the more unpredictable WC weekend.

On the AFC side I don't see Miami or Baltimore getting close to Buffalo and Bengals. The JAX/LAC game is a true toss up but I don't see how the winner won't be playing KC.

On the NFC side the Seahawks are long odds but in the other 2 games, the betting outsiders are red hot chances. Giants are easily the best placed 6 or 7 seed to win this week.

That's the best game we've played in a month and half. Flipped the switch and we're dominant.
That's why we all wanted the Giants, i think every philly fan knew in their gut that we'd blow them out if we were anything close to our best.

Re: Next week, gimmie Brock Purdy in a drunk and rowdy Linc and see how he handles it. Also far easier to swallow a tough loss if it's not Dallas doling it out.

Dem Boyz blew that TBH. 9ers didn't offer much on offence at all against a decent defence.

I like the match up for us. 9ers defence will limit us more than any other opponent but 17 points should be enough to win this game.

I'm not usually one to be over confident but if we don't win this it will be because we beat ourselves.

I think this Niners defence is perfectly set up to beat us... it's going to be a tough slog. The Eagles OL needs to dominate in this game if we're to win

BUT... this is it, the Purdy glass shatters here. I think the Eagles are going to get after him, and i think they're going to pressure him into mistakes. I like us to win the game!

I'm not surprised TBH. Cowboys should have won that game last week and even if Purdy stays in I think we win well.

The disrespect this team is getting though is immense and it has been happening all year.

When we started the season with 5 on the trot we had beaten no one even though 2 of those teams ultimately won their divisions. It was the Cowboys and big bad Cooper Rush in week 6 which was going to be our litmus test. We put the cleaners through them and it was "oh you beat a back up"

Then it was the titans run game which we had to prove ourselves against and we blew them away. We still hadn't beaten anyone though, the Giants were the opponent we needed to beat to truly show our credentials. We flogged them but it was "only the giants".

Then we had a bit of a lull to finish the season and were told to be on UPSET ALERT for divisional round against the Giants. 38-7 day lived up to its reputation and again "it's only the giants".

We still hadn't beaten any good teams but finally we were going to play a good team, a stacked roster top to bottom with a historical defence. We put 31 on them but the narrative is already "you beat a 3rd and 4th string QB".

Well may this continue because they have answered every time. Chiefs will be balling in the SB, no doubt and they won't fold like the other 2 did. I didn't expect a win in 2018 but I do here, we should win, we objectively have a better roster and a huge advantage in the pass rush against an average OL. If we don't win it is easily the biggest lost opportunity of my time as an Eagles fan.

Agree on every point. Hurts has been massively underrated all year too.

I think the Chiefs defence balled out today due to Chris Jones having a career day, but Snead out and me not thinking the Chiefs D can back that up tilts the scales to the Eagles for me, and I reckon it will get messy and Eagles will pile awn in the end!!!

I felt like Gannon shit the bed in that second half. Failed to adjust and we suffered as a result. 35 points is the most by a losing team.

Fair enough if you can't outright stop mahomes but you are entitled to force some 3rd downs and make him work for it. Turn one if those 2nd half drives in to a 7 minute plus drive and the game clock is in our favour instead of theirs.

Positive is we have the team to get back there next year but it doesn't always work out that way.

Eagles defence was poor. Particularly goal line/ red zone.

KC defence was excellent. I thought their defence had played their game against the Bengals. I was wrong and they won the game today.

Dont think the KC defence was much to write home about, the Eagles had some self inflicted mistakes, including that terrible fumble and defensive TD... but mostly the Eagles walked up and down the field

Eagles defence didnt make a play all game, not one. And they only needed 1. Last SB was the same, and BG stepped up and made the play and this eagles team just couldnt find the play. Sucks.
Eagles played fantastic but the Chiefs and Mahomes were a touch better

Would i have liked to see what Hurts does with 1:50 on the clock, 1 time out and chasing 3 points? Sure. Do i think the eagles drive and at least tie that game if not win it? Absolutely.
And that terrible call robbed us of that opportunity and that is what sucks most... to be denied the chance to do something special

But that's the position you put yourself in when your vaunted defence cant make a single play
