that mesh design was stolen from some country rugby league club - i saw the identical jersey, but with red instead of green...

Correction - the mesh design wasn't a country RL club, it was actually one of St Helens (ESL) jerseys. Here's the link...just replace the red with green, and that's where that Raiders jersey design came from...

first you need to find the url of the pic

e.g. http://home.graffiti.net/cosmos_2003/linc.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v71/sik_nik/07-Schifty.gif

then all you need to do is put

at the end (no spaces)

you should get

but what if i want to put a pic in that i did in paint

First you need to convert it to a jpeg or gif format, and then upload it to a host (somewhere like http://www.photobucket.com ), then follow Schifty's instructions.
