Furry, we all agreed that that wasn't the problem. The major problem stemmed from the fact they were still chanting when Warney was speaking. To most of us, thats a sign of disrespect. They had been chanting their sh*tty songs all day, it wouldn't have hurt them to shut up for five minutes to acknowledge one of, if not the best, bowler of all time.

Me as well. In general the songs don't bother me, but in both the last two tests they started up the Barmy Army chant when they went 9 down in the final innings and then just kept going as Australia won, and continued on during the presentations. It's nothing but disrespect, and I hope they get summarily thrashed in Sydney and have to suck on 5-0 with their stupid chants.

How good was it when Stuart Clarke was going up to bowl and all you could hear were the English chants and the rest of the crowd in silence.

I forgot what they were saying though.. anyone remember what it was? It was around the middle of the day? :p
