Complete dribble. Utterly useless. Boring. Crap. Just a few of the words that spring to mind. And I don't even dislike the new album - it has some catchy tunes - but that doesn't change the fact that it's crap.

Still, it could be worse. It could be Coldplay.

I appreciated the irony and certainly didn't expect anyone would vote for them, which they haven't, but then my faith in the human race was obliterated when FOUR, yes four, people decided that of all the bands that have ever roamed this planet, all the superb musicians that have shared their craft, all the majestic, epic, inspiring songs that have been written - Green Day are the best they've heard.

I would suggest that Nirvana were slightly worse mind you although U2 bore me to tears so I'm not sure - I'll just settle for never listening to either band ever again.
