1. Lee Hopkins
2. Shayne Dunley
3. John Morris

2002:
1. Daniel Heckenberg
2. Dean Widders
3. Matt Petersen (mid season buy)

2001:
3. Brad Drew
2. Jason Taylor
1. David Solomona, Scott Donald

2000:
1. Brett Hodgson
dunno the rest I know Parramatta bought David Westley, Gary Larson, Jason Moodie.

Who could it be in 2004:

So far its been:

Eric Grothe and Craig Stapleton

I reckon soon Thorman, Muckert and Muspratt will make a big impact on Parramatta.

O'Dwyer should be Rookie of the Year
given the fact he's started the season so early, he could very well win the nrl rookie award

O'Dwyer is ok, possibility for Parramatta's rookie of the year award, however cannot see him coming anywhere near Hunt, Williams, or even Witt for NRL's rookie of the year.

Geez, give O'Dwyer a chance to prove himself before we burden him with the pressure of being rookie of the year.

Best buy would be Morris only player to play ever minute of last season for us, made country, nominated as our footy shows most wanted rep, coach's award!

not far behind is Blood, Sweat and Tears Lee Hopkins, he plays as if he is blue and gold to the bone!

Worm what I meant when I said it was that he will be rookie of the year for our club!
But I will be hoping he gets NRL rookie

Morris and Hopkins, both played nearly every game last year........i believe Morris actually did play every game..........they are both work horses and seem to actually really be proud to be Eels..........

In order

1. Morris
2. Grothe (he is really ours though)
3. Hopkins.

And the worst buy of the past 10 years, considering we paid over 300K for him, the one and only Nathan Barnes.
