This would have to be the team (1993-94)

NSW
1. Tim Brasher
2. Andrew Ettingshausen
3. Brad Fittler
4. Paul McGregor
5. Rod Wishart
6. Laurie Daley [c]
7. Ricky Stuart
8. Glenn Lazarus
9. Ben Elias
10. Paul Harragon
11. Dean Pay
12. Paul Sironen
13. Bradley Clyde

14. Brad Mackay
15. David Gillespie
16. David Fairleigh
17. Ian Roberts

They dominated the series in 1993 and 1994, won them both 2-1. So many classy players the best matches I reckon were the 1993 Game 2 at the SFS and the one at Suncorp in 1994 (Game 3).

Played for Canberra in the 1991 GF v Penrith off the bench and then moved on to Illawarra in 93 I think, big fella played in the front row, had a pretty good mullet.....

Fritzy's still got the mullet, bless him.

He played out here a couple of years ago in the Woodbridge Cup.

It was pretty strange watching a State Of Origin player running around with the Koorawatha Jets.

Thats definately the best side NSW ever put out. The forward pack of Lazo, Harragon, Sironen, Pay and Clyde is terrifying.
