you can, we have a Dan Murphys up here and it stocks alot of OS beers, they are all around the country, so it depends where you move to I suppose. I only tried it for the first time 2 months ago in New Caledonia, this French guy we were working with pulled it out of the fridge and told us to try it. It was still warm and being that the bottle is not all that attractive, I was kinda reluctant, but I gave it a go and wow, even warmish it was still excellent. I like how it has minimal after taste, if anyone has never tried it, check it out. Orange label.

My favorite Beer has to be Peroni (italy) and Sol (mexican)

I never rated Tui when i tried it..

There is this european beer called Kozel, it's a typical strong tasting european beer but it carries a nice punch with it after a couple.

I've been frequenting Dan Murphy's and trying all these O/S beer's, That asahi was quiet well indeed..

Has anyone ever tried Beez Neez, it's a honey beer that hits the spot well..

Does anyone know if Tecate is available in australia?

I believe I have seen it around somewhere - cant quite remember where -but the name is definitely familiar.

Peroni is golden! Anyone who says otherwise doesnt know good beer.

As far as the big name American beers go the only one i could stomach was Miller Lite.
(and before you all get up on your high horse about low percentage beer - in America 'lite' and 'light' when refering to beer is all about the 'diet' side of things rather than the alcohol content)
Budweiser Select (which i think is their equivilent of a Crownie) isnt bad either.

Coors is rubbish. MGD is cat p!ss. Regular Budweiser and Bud light is crap.
If you love your robust Aussie beers (ie Carlton VB Tooheys New etc) steer clear of the USA brews. However - try Samuel Adams - it kinda reminded me of Fosters Special (if you remember that)

Oh i was in Fiji for a while too.
Fiji Bitter is just about the most bitter beer Ive ever had. Its like Melbourne Bitter but more bitter.
Fiji Gold (which I later found out is joked as a 'womens beer') isnt bad. If you are having a big night on the beers in Fiji - your head will thank you if you drink gold over bitter the next morning!

There are several local spirits in Fiji (Dark Rum, White Rum, Gin, Vodka) i believe - none of which agreed with my palette. That being said - Im not a Bundy Rum fan. I prefer Scotch or Bourbon
