Bronco: the one dayers are good fun but not serious cricket. Just my opinion but Test match cricket is the real stuff.

As for the 4th Test match, good to see a bit of uncertainty... for a change. ;)

Thank God for wides!

Thats all i can say. Aus go up 4-0. But at the SCG in 2 days, if the poms are ever going to win a test match, it will be this one. Few batters hitting form, Aus bowling attack a worry with Warney out, McGrath dubious and Lee + Gillespie carrying niggles as well.

Anything better than $4.00 and ill throw a dollar on them ;)

And thank God for the NSW'men!

"do you like just saying these statements that aren't relevant to anything?"

It was relevant to your post # 92:
"World Cup is coming up and thats why New Zealand has scheduled plenty of one dayers to prepare the team for the tournament. "

Wanna fight?

Good onya Moffo but we shouldn't give Steve Waugh all the credit.

imo, the poms gave their all in this match and in places, really played above themselves, working really hard... Full credit to them but they were let down by inconsistency.

For that reason, I think they will fall in a heap at the SCG.
Stuart MacGill loves the that pitch and the poms will have written themselves off after today's result.

Sounds like Steve Waugh has even beaten the rain... the declaration seems like it was timed to perfection.

Id have to disagree mate. McGill bowls so many shithouse balls, Vaughan would've knocked 300 off him if he stuck the day out. If the odds are juicy, the moff shall be pouncing!

I had the draw as well Pepe @ $7.25. I was spewing! Stupid Vaughan, if only he stuck around for another couple of hours.

Yeh Bronco, i got the brass knucks ;)

the poms were paying $9.00 for a win in this test match,i was almosted tempted by those odds,in sydney i'll get on the poms at around $6.00 hopefully.

i guess they'll rest gillespie even if he pulls up ok with the world cup in mind, macrath looks iffy as well, bichel will get a start,he won't let uis down,my tip as the other bowler is the victorian guy,he has good reverse swing so they say,it's great to be a vic, woops i mean qlder;)

I'll put $20 on the Australia to win at the SCG and will pay 2-1 on anyone willing to back the poms. Any takers?
