I was at the Socceroos game on Thursday night and it felt a million miles away from the action being in the northern corner.
As I've said many times before if we are to get a team here we'll need a new stadium.
Adelaide Oval is too big and you're a million miles away from the action and if you remember when they've played games at Coopers Stadium the in-goals are tiny (like at most English grounds where the round ball is king.

Yeah, in no way AO is the answer. Pretty hollow atmosphere unless it’s mostly full. I think hindmarsh stadium could work. It had a great vibe when the rams moved there….not sure if they shrunk dimensions a little to fit the ingoals. It just won a-leagues stadium of the year, and has great connection to the city thanks to the tram.
