Hindy's fit as a fiddle, a knee specialist has said so, but like I said it won't happen because Bennett doesn't have the grapes to admit he's wrong.

hugh hazrd ruled him out, not bennet

Sing did retire but has decided to make a comeback. With the Bennett as the coach i don't see any additional changes other than the ones forced through injury.

Vagana wasn't put on report though... it was Pritchard...

Latu > Hohaia

Prince > Johns

I think Ryles needs to get the **** out of the Test side.

Ryan and Civoneceva need to go.

The problem is we didnt pick a great deal of in form forwards to start with.

I can't think of any other NZ hooker... Latu is the only one...

Prince should play. His kicking game tonight would have won the game...

You think any chance of Grothe taking Tahu's spot? They havn't got any wingers in the squad.

Grothe is the best winger in the game at the moment, and thats coming from a die hard Manly supporter.

He was unlucky not to be in the squad.

Not if NZ were applying the same pressure they were putting on Johns.

Faiumu can play hooker, as can L.Anderson.

Tony has been playing fullback and wing for Hull, he's like a headless chicken in the halves so I wouldn't put him there. If Vagana is suspended, I'd either promote Jeremy Smith from NZ A or put Solomona at five eighth. If Solomona played 6, I'd bring Bronson Harrison (who reportedly had a brilliant game) onto the Kiwi bench. Tony Puletua is another option.

With Hohaia gone, Louis Anderson should move to hooker, and I'd promote Koopu from the NZ A team straight into lock - Koopu is a workhouse who will make a lot of tackles and cart the ball up, and the Kiwis need another player like that. Faiumu can continue his role as an impact player.

I wouldn't fly any more UK based players (like Vainikolo or Hape) over for the Auckland game. Retaining a winning Kiwi team will show faith in them and build combinations. Also, letting the Leeds/Bradford players rest after the GF and a long SL/CC campaign will help, avoid jet lag and freshen up or the UK games.

With Tahu out, Tate to wing, Cooper to Centre is a simple, logical shift. I'd drop Waterhouse or Ryan from the test team. This game showed beyond all doubt that if you have no cover for the outside backs, you will suffer in case of injury. The bench could NOT cover the centres, with Waterhouse exposed repeatedly in defence.

Ben Creagh has to come onto the bench for his ability to cover the 3/4s and back row. Mason's injury is problematic because he can better cover prop/second row than Ryan, whose inability to cover prop is a problem. Perhaps O'Meley for Ryan, with Civo/Price as second row cover?

Anyone calling for Barrett to replace Lockyer in the team should be reminded that he was just outplayed by Parramatta's reserve grade five eighth playing out of position - enough said.

He's been injured all year with a shoulder injury (apparently), kind of like Halatau/Marshall where they played on for the team but went straight in for surgery as soon as the season ended.

Very disappointing, I think he was a good chance to make NZ's top team. But he'll be right for next year.

Tony Puletua had a good games in the reserves.

Every hitup was carrying a few men with him. If Pritchard is suspended then he is a ready made swap and a better player.

I think Pritchard will be of for that spear tackle. I think thats Vagana's problem.

I would bring Puletua right back in. Against that Australian pack....geez he could tear us to shreads.

Imagine if they had Puletua and Benji and Sonny out there tonight. They'd score more then the World Eleven did against us in the Cricket! :D

Civoniceiva made 31 tackles and 165m off 15 hit ups, made no errors either whats so bad about that?

Infact he was one of the best forwards out there tonight if not the best.

Kennedy made to many errors and so did Lockyer and Johns.

However I still think our side will be good, just fix up the bench.

Agree about Puletua but not for Solomona, Solo was very good considering his lack of match fitness.
