I have never bagged or praised Flanagan, Ricky put in place pathways for the young guys to come through and that is producing fruit now, face it after Anderson and raper we needed someone like Ricky to save the club, and yes without him we would have been gone.

I said earlier this season that it would take time to coach the team away from Dicky's methods. I'm sure you remember that. Anyway, I always thought he would steer the team away from the bottoma and he has.
