Is this purely to do with the leagues club? Or is something actually going to be done about the stadium itself?

Look at where the leaguesy is vs what they did. Certain points overlap I guess as an outsider. The contract signed back when vs now is a different world. Like the hotel for example wasn't in scope but was pushed for by council. There are so many moving parts.

From what I've heard everyone wants it sorted quickly. Praise the lord.

Nothing is happening with the stadium.
They don’t have the money.

Their only shot was when Scomo offered them dollar for dollar but they weren’t ready and bet on him winning the election.

The Sharks are extremely fortunate Lord PVL is so passionately pro suburban grounds.
Under any other administrator in the world Shark Park is not NRL standard and the club wouldn’t be playing there.

The only plan B as I understand it is Moore Park.

Do we actually want it done if the rumours around the cost of the fit out being 40 million are true? By the way I have no idea how true that is, but it just seems like way too much money for a fit out
