I know you're joking but on a serious note having dealt with a few commercial fit outs before they'll be schedules in the contracts, so if both parties agree to it they'll be realistic timelines.

I can't speak for the facade work but the internal fit out can absolutely be done by those dates. It sounds like the facade work is first so potentially that might hold things up weather could impact it.

Also the builder will likely have other jobs lined up after this so will need to have it done by a certain date. I'm sure there's some slippage factored in.

Look on the bright side.
It took us 50 flipping years to crack a G/F with a Flanagan at the helm.
Yet the leagues club rebuild deal is now arranged, whilst the shutdown of the old club happened a mere 5 1/2 years ago )(Dec 15 2019). And I'm still here sucking up the oxygen.
And we get a win tonight with the much maligned Nico scoring twice setting up a beauty.
What's not to like ?
