In terms of the consequences it had, yes...but in terms of actual diving absurdity...I'd say Gilardino is about 10000 times ahead of anyone else after his effort last year.

Some of the best ive seen (sorry no youtube videos) were from the Indonesian team at that Asian Cup thing they all played in about 3 months ago. One i remember, a bloke has kicked the ball (hard) and its hit an Indoneasean player in the chest, hes dove to the ground clutching at his chest, and then after about 10 seconds of rolling around changed his mind and started clutching at his face.

The medicabs were being called onto the ground 15-20 times a game, it was just embarrasing to watch.

This whole thread is the reason i cant watch anything bar a-league (not that it is 100% clean either).
