Usually get FF once a week. I can eat a f**k-ton of it though, but I tend to be quite stubborn and strong minded when I decide to do something, so not eating junk usually isn't much of an issue for me when i'm in the right frame of mind. I guess at the end of the day I just try to look at food as fuel and not a source enjoyment. Gotta be good tasting fuel though ;-)

I am going to a personal trainer twice a week, doing my own running and weights etc... i agree with JW..Macca's is so not worth the pain!! :lol:

If im going to tox myself with fat and calories, im going to go to a restaurant with friends and drink a bottle of wine!
