Shouldn't be too bad. Already replaced the broken tile ourselves and cleaned it all up and ripped the carpet up.

Just a matter of insurance coming to assess then I would say just new plasterboard panel in the roof with some more insulation, and new carpet laid.

Luckily my tv unit with tv, playstation, amp was at the other end of the room. Got a little bit of crap over them but no damage.

Well, yeah, the lounge got a little dirty.
Only a cheaply a few years old from Super Amart anyway.
I reckon it's buggered so hopefully the assessor agrees and doesn't think it's just cleanable.

That wont be too hard to fix for an insurance company but it is more the question of when it will be done as there will be a lot of homes with the same issue.

Never got womens obsession with shoes. I guess though, I'm obsessed with Polo Shirts so it's always something.

I've had 4 knee ops, it holds up ok.

Looks like those things have more stability than normal high heels.
Gives you the look of long legs and tight bum without the wobbly walk.
