I beleive in the old saying... "The quicker you rise the harder you fall". None more evident than that or the Eels & Warriors of late.
I think a steady rate of improvement, or sustainable growth, is always a good sign and yes Richo will be the man to turn things around if he stays.
A much better proposition than some teams which have waited all their existence with nothing to show for.
