Thought Nikora was doing enough, his defense has improved (bar the shoulder) and he's beginning to run those lines again. I doubt he gets dropped all together or sits on an ext bench.

I would say Wiliams has even improved.
Ball control better tackling better.
Up to nearly 50 games of first grade, when our squad is fully fit he is still pushing for first grade

What is our best fit side? If we get all our players back at some stage I guess the question will be who drops out?

WK
Katoa
Duges
Ramien
Ronald
SJ
Chad
Woods
Blayke
Uele
Nikora
Graham
Toby

Moyzah!
Talakai
Tolman
Hunt

Tracey
Wilton
Williams
Hiroti
Billy

Kudos to the Coach

I left out Trindall by mistake but he hasn't really shown much promise, I knew there was one missing from current players used.

No reason why Williams loses his spot and he probably won't if I think how Bomber will play it. If he gets a fully fit squad which is unlikely by the looks of other clubs injury tolls, I'd say he would rotate players from the extended bench for player burn out purposes.

2022 - McInnes 13. Leaves us with. logjam for back-row. Graham, Nikora, Talakai, Rudolf, Wilton, Hunt. Williams, Magoulias vying for 4 spots. Toby super versatile & had good crack at bench prop before. Good value anywhere in the pack except 9. Could replace Woods but I think we should keep Woods, or replace him with another established starting, rep quality prop. Woods adds balance/dependability to a pack of weapons. Doubt we'd see any/much financial advantage. from that deal.

Also, I'm impressed with Moya's upturn in form/fitness, 100%. But moving forward I think we get better value out of Tracey in the utility role and cashing in Moylan's cap space for an elite 3/4.

Tracey may even Jag Duges centre position for next year the way he has been going. Duges hasn't done anything wrong but when your getting the same result from someone on 1/8th the coin, the choice is pretty obvious.
Connor always looks likely to create something and his enthusiasm is up there with Toby's.

I'm a big fan of Duges and what he does on and off the field for us too, for what it's worth.

Duges is a gutsy player but no way in the world he’s worth 900k. Will be interesting to see if some of these guys including Moyza.... Woods and Duges will be willing to accept far less coin to stay on.

They are going to have to, they won't get that sort of money in the NRL.
Those 3 players are good examples.
Dugan and now both of contract, neither will command what are on both prob 400-500.
Moylan he is the boat with Milford & Norman all these guys if they can group 450 they will be happy.
Woods he is not a 700, I see manly trying to offload Tapau because 700 to much for him another that will need to take around 400.
I can see a few going to the superleague

I look at with Woods no rush in him, but by end of season both Uele and Williams will have 70 games up.
The prop rotation could be Rudolf and Uele start, with bench options Hunt, Pele and Williams.
The back row you have.
Graham, Nikora, McInness with Talakai and Wilton.
That's even without Woods, Fifita, Tolman.
We have some young forwards in pipeline as well

I wouldn’t mind Nikora coming off the bench as a middle forward. Has great leg speed and can hit and stick in defence without the judging runners at him out wide. Quick off the mark with the led work to get inbeween big men
