another week goes by and still no deal offered.

SUPER League chiefs are still waiting to hear what the NRL can offer them, with talk Australian bosses have been squabbling between themselves.

rubbish story from tabloid.

does anyone actually believe nrl bosses are squabbling amongst themselves right now over any financial and commercial topic? give me a break. the ones kicking goals and breaking records are not squabbling.

its the ones tripping over themselves with a kill the sport before resigning power over that are squabbling. what a joke and what an ever bigger joke you believe it but then again you're wrong on every topic you talk about on this forum.

so as usual, best to believe opposite to what you believe and that'll be the truth.

I appreciate the running commentary about this ..this story just seems to be a rehash of old news presented as something that is happening now …

What if the full deal is not tabled soon? What will happen then ? Will that be the end of it?

also , the article mentions your old mate Richo getting involved …. Just the man for the job I would have thought to bring back some profitability after turning around the Tigers $$$

I think PR doesn’t want to be any further in PVL’s debt … giving him his new Perth team that he has crusaded for here for 20 years has conflicted him enough

Richo is one of the shrewdest RL administrators out there, and should absolutely be in on the setup of any NRL investment into Superleague.

He did a cracking job at Gateshead and hull lol
he did as good of a job as you did with your sources regarding the perth bears..

love it or loathe him, richo contributed heavily to help sharks, panthers, souths and then tigers achieve metrics. tigers become profitable.

but sure throw shade at the man for roles he held 30 years ago where the clubs themselves were financial basket cases long before he joined.

perthwrongs, ding dong.

The club didn’t receive their full grant from tv money only half what other clubs got

He mortgaged his house behind the club too and could’ve lost it
Yeh all SL fault the club he started up went bust within one season lol. Cracking business plan he must have had!

it is all SL fault, clearly the patterns is that amateur league mismanaged finances time and time again hence theyre now in a peril position that requires NRL bail out.

I don't get pommy supporters, it's like they just actually love failure.. they'll constantly attack V'Landys while he takes the game to new heights in Australia ,NZ and PNG.. then defend the SL that is in constant distress..

I don't think it's representative of the English support tbh, just a few malcontents on this forum.

Are they even fans? That's the big question.

We know you aren’t.

Anyway, it's hilarious seeing the same people who claim Perth shouldn't receive any portion of a licence fee for the next team, or the money from PNG, are hypocritically saying the opposite when it suits them for new super league clubs. It's almost like their opinion is solely based on who is on the other side of the argument.

I think it's trolling. Won't explicitly say they hate idea of NRL taking over but are so negative. Silly little game they play.
