Just listened to the call, ran 2nd last.
I'm still wondering how it was number 2, unless they were all on equal weights how can the handicapper weight it at number 2?

We'll no doubt see him again.

All leading up to a tilt at the Spring Carnival.

The kids will love being able to go for a 100m walk on his back!

I had 2 each way......
In the paper today it says it ran 5th, Macca_ said it got lapped again. Surely 5th is like winning for this thing.
Someone please confirm if it did run 5th....

I had a listen to the broadcast last night (bless the national EARS radio computer program at my work) and I did indeed sound like he finished 5th or 6th.

Never thought I'd see the day when a 5th place at a Thursday Kembla Grange maiden was considered an achievement, but that's exactly what this was!!

I had to turn it off as a client came into work

It sounded like he had been headed at the 300m by the call so I assumed he died again!
