Quite the try he scored last night. I must admit I'd not really taken much notice of him before, but yeah he looks to have something.

Don't know that we don't already have that on out books though with JT and Lualua coming through. They're both about the same age, and play similar positions. I think I'd prefer to continue with their development.

Gus mentioned it on 100% Footy a week or so ago: the clubs which are seemingly going well are the ones who concentrate on developing from within, and picking up the odd player here and there to fill a gap.

I trust Gus on that remark, especially considering when he did with Penrith. They’ve got players coming out of their arses atm

There is another trend developing which has an observation developing in me.

He will be fullback, tracking like Inglis, plays centre as he deadly anywhere, but will end up fullback in club land, cause you just want him everywhere.

This will age well.
