Absolutley superb, fantastic completion rate which will always win games.
Once again Paul Cooke showed he has to be GB's no.13, great skill with hands and feet. Kirk Yeaman, Gaz Rayner and Gareth Carvell were very impressive. Danny Brough deserves praise for his defence alone.

Their defence again won them the day. It forced Warrington into pushing the passes and making the errors, and Hull's ability to make the most of opportunities carried them through.

Could have been a bit different if Fa'afili had scored his early tries, but it was solid from Hull for the full 80 mins. They have a good coach who can work out a plan to handle other teams' attacking options when push comes to shove.

Did the same to Saints in the Cup semi, Leeds in the Cup final, now Warrington with Johns. So can they handle Bradford next week? Should be a great clash...

great achievement for danny brough, just to even play in the match. the game before he had a suspected broken leg. and then was out their tackling anything in white that moved.

It was a great performance, no doubt, but Warrington were far from on their game. They looked pretty pedestrian in attack, and not just in the 'They played as well as they were allowed to' theory.

Was Faumuina injured or did they just pay out all that money for him not to be in the 17?
he was injured in previous game but my understanding is that he could have played, but they decided not to and went for chris chester instead.

If Faumuina is fit for next week i'd say he'll start from the bench, that will make them even stronger. They have to be a big chance v the Bulls if they complete 85% of their sets again.

He was chosen in the initial squad of 20 earlier in the week, but looked over for the final 18. Good for position for a club to have a range of workable options up their sleeve at this time of year.

I thought Hull's patience was outstanding and Danny Brough waslimping before the game started what courage.

I realy like Richard Horne's long kicking game it realy pushes the full back right back and i think it would be a massive asset for GB.

I like that Thackary (sp), he seems to play RL the way it was meant to be played, with passion.

Hope he gets a run for GBI this year.

Faumauina proved to be a total waste of money whatever they were paying him . Hull's committment in the Bradford shellacking was nil . If you haven't seen it yet watch Faumauina when Vainikolo scores his first try . The ball goes three metres behind Vainikolo right on the touchline and Faumauina stands back as if to say "I won't get in your way Les , after you " Vainikolo picks up the ball and still manages to score past a lukewarm Hull defence . At least Warrington sold plenty of merchandise on the back of Joey's signing . I think Hull gave a way a Faumauina mask to the kids at his first home game !
