and with that, the Snipers select - Knowshon Moreno

With the next pick in the Draft, Sydney Panthers select DeAngelo Williams - RB CAR.

With Jonothan Stewarts injury concerns, Steve SMith's broken arm and the inexperience of their QB's, I fully expect Carolina to be a run first team this year. Especially considering John Fox is in a lame duck year.

In that, I think Williams will be consistent like 2 years ago and he will be a great player to have this season.

Nice selection Mick, i was very close to taking himself, had a post typed up and everything, but a RBC in carolina and the fact Moreno is younger and featured back in a dynasty league tipped it for me in his favour.

I would have Taken Moreno if you had taken Williams.

Only reason I think Williams over say a Fitzgerald is that Williams catch's checkdowns and I think with Moore and Clauson's inexperience, they'll revert to a run orientated team. And with Stewart very limited by knee and back problems, he could be be potentially up for similar numbers as we saw in 2008.

where do you guys get the information on Stewart being limited due to injuries? If either of those backs are a concern with injuries you have to say it is Williams, Stewart hasnt missed a game through his first 2 years in the league. I think along with Beanie Wells he is being labelled through what happened at college level. However i dont disagree with the Williams pick just saying that his production is better based on Stewart having injury concerns in my opinion is false. Both guys will rush upwards of 1000yards this year
