The point is to make the kickers stand 10-15 metres back & to rush them. I you notice where he does it he really make the play when around the half way line.

If he stands 10-15 metres back he couldn't make 30 metres over the advantage line. He runs to the line so his lack of distance on his kicks is reduced by using his feet. Teams have gotten smarter and he cant change his tactic because it's the only one he has.

A couple of years ago when he used to kick goals, he was always accurate but could barely ever kick them from the sideline becasue they kept falling short. Thank god for Luke Covell who could probably kick it from 60 metres out.

Saw it again on one ot the late nite sport reports . It was a deliberate dive at the legs and should go on report. Stuart should initiate it , as they will listen to him.

It is a contact sport, but there are provisions for attacking the head of a player. The laws of the game are written as to play in the spirit of the game, and not to injure players. That's why A-Grade games are f**king woeful, because it is all people just wanting to hurt each other. If you can see nothing wrong with this action, you are blind. Price is great at charge downs, but if you want to dive at the legs kicking the ball, that is not a charge down.

he launches from about 8 metres away to make up the final distance. If he didnt launch, he wouldn't be effective at pressuring the kicker.
