Not sure if it was just a throw away line or accurate, but one of the commentators on the Storm preseason mentioned 50k seats sold. To have 50k sold you would need only 5k seats remaining combined in level 1, 2 and 3. I'm not sure if we're seeing that, I could see us being close to 45k sold now.

Early weather forecast is looking good. Much better than the 110km/h winds last year. Vegas day last year was the worst wind they've had in Las Vegas since 1989. Surprised they managed the crowd they did, given the conditions.

I can see a lot of cross promotions on nrl team socials with nfl players, nhl etc seem to be doing a lot more on the ground marketing by the players this year.

Middle of summer NH, middle of winter SH; a noon local time kick-off would be 9pm AEST.

Plenty of lunch-time kick-offs in the PL, so wouldn’t be that abnormal for the UK.
