"the late charge"

I'd just like to know what other eel supporters have thought of this late super charge, and opinions of the turn around. My own personal reasons are.

* Of course players form
* Finch (GONE!! great move) if he wasn't there we may never have seen young Mortimer.
* Forwards weren't watching Mateo offload praying he'll spark something for our backs, him injured really was a blessing in disguise for us.
* We honestly weren't getting anything from our hooker keating this young guy kingston he's great i really think he's got potential seems to offer alot more in attack and around the ruck.

They are just couple things that come to mind for me...
Your thoughts oh and one more point

I doubted Matt Keating and am happy I have been proved wrong. He has outplayed Kingston in the past 3 to 4 weeks.

The players attitude is the difference, everyone is hungry and enjoying their football.

Notice the other night, if there was a loose ball from the other side every Parramatta player would be fighting to dive on it. You wouldnt see that early in the year. It those little things that show much their attitude has changed.

For a team that DA inherited from hagan who over payed players we have let go 2 players from memory (finch and cordoba) and we are firing.....all credit to anderson to change the boys lack of enthusiasm in such a short amount of time!!!

We are actually playing football at the opposition, not trying to not make mistakes for 80 minutes.

Of the sides we have played on our run, the hardest to beat were the Tigers ... becasue they played footy at us. It's not rocket science. Trying to hang in on games only suits a couple of clubs. It may not be such a good strategy as seasons past anyway with some tweaking of the rules.

It has made some of our average polayers dangerous, our good players excellent, and a couple of our world class players go to a new level.

The other sides need to bear in mind that Feleti is every bit as talented as Jarryd. Anything could happen here!

Agree with Bigfella 100%, we are actually playing footy and throwing something at the opposistion. Who remembers the game against the Roosters where we had all that ball and threw nothing at them. Full credit must go to DA.

Not sure if you've noticed but there's a guy that wears the No.1 jumper that goes okay too.

It's a combination of things. Nathan Hindmarsh half conceded some time ago that the Eels were done for the year. How things have changed. Winning breeds confidence and with a few under their belt that belief becomes infectious. DA has done his part no risk. The players have stepped up as well. It's no coincidence that the ball now bounces favourably, or the kick from the sideline shaves the inside of the posts, or the final pass sticks.

Daniel Anderson , attitude , stability in the front office and a return to form by many of our better players seems to be the main reason for this run .....and confidence of course .......plus me tipping against them every week and forfeiting my lead in the tipping comp at work to keep the run going ....(every time I tip em they lose)
