yeah i probably wouldnt be using my credit card for an internet game if i had one, but i have no doubt that it would be an awesome thing to have, so maybe i would get it, dunno!! i mean it'd be pretty good to be able to change playing strips, assign numbers, and see players' faces.. and all the other cool stuff you can do.

Need an opinion.

I have $2.25 million in the bank after selling a youth pull for $1.8 million.

What should I do with the money?

I need an improved midfield and I have a passable/inadequete coach. Its either/or in this case.

i'm not qualified to give my opinion.
i did however capture a draw at home, another near sellout crowd help the money stakes..
i wish i could get a youth pull and sell him for 1.8!! how good is your youth squad? and how often would you pull a player?

the dude i challenged for a friendly turned out to be a champion.
he messaged me and told me not to attack in the middle, caues you need good attack, and reckon i woulda won on the weekend if i didnt use attack in the middle. clearly i had no idea. and took the advice with open eyes. it must just be something about the hattrick community!! haha, he told me my team had good potential too, however i did notice his team on the bottom of his table! but i still thanked him alot for the advice, maybe i'll have an edge with the help of more experince hattrickers!!

Bugger. I surprisingly lost my league match on Sunday, and my star wing back got injured for 4 weeks. I quickly hired the full 10 doctors and it's already down to 3 weeks, but that means 3 or 4 weeks of no training.

I'm selling a couple of my young players if anybody is interested:

Brodeigh Hillman
294 000 AU$, 20 years, passable form
Has wretched experience and poor leadership abilities [Powerful]

Stamina: solid Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: solid Passing: poor
Winger: passable Defending: poor
Scoring: poor Set Pieces: wretched

= $250 000 (I think...something around that anyway)

Mark Nuttall
164 000 AU$, 20 years, weak form
Has disastrous experience and passable leadership abilities

Stamina: solid Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: wretched Passing: inadequate
Winger: poor Defending: poor
Scoring: solid Set Pieces: poor

= $225 000

I also put my other older striker on the tranfer list accidently, he's also a solid/inad and I got him mixed up with Nuttall. Hopefully nobody bids on him as I want to keep him.

look like a couple good players there madd dog. way out of my league! but i think i'm just not going to spend any more money for the rest of the season, my arena is a good size, staff is comfortable (i think)!!
my expenses are greater than my income every week, unless i get a home league game. and i've been lucky to just have 2 in a row, against fellow top 4 opponents, drawing near capacity crowds.
but on away weekends, i make about a $50000 loss, more or less.
at the moment my sponsors arre giving me 70000, and its a bit more each week.

my main problem is that i cant leave things the way they are, so changing all the time, and getting myself into debt.

i dont really know why i stated talking about this actually!! haha, oh well!

Heya man! Well your coach ain't all that bad!...At least in the short term - Tho he could stand 2 be a solid coach - i'd probably invest in a minor kickass midfielder - at least one level higher than your current best middie...and then keep the change if any, and then save for a new coach!

Oh and I won my cup game 2day too - into the next round! :D

A tuff ask, my next opponents...but i reckon i can even win that game & go one more round!...Should be a sellout next week too...plus a home game on Sunday - Eeeeeeexcellent!!

How do u think you'll go against the Maui Maulers???

Yeah I've been really busy lately! Barely enuff time even for HT!

And yeah, a good middie to me would need (In order of importance):

* Good playmaking (Naturally!)
* At least passable stamina (or a willingness to train that player up in stamina progressively)
* Decent passing
Then less important are:
* Decent defending (if u want 2 use em as a defensive middie)
* Decent scoring (If u want to use em as offensive)
* Decent Set Pieces (U can never have enuff players with good set pieces IMO - Capitilise on those long distance special events! ;)

ok i've got a friendly sewn up already, the same one as this week, but back on his home turf, so probably get a better crowd there anyways..

Maui Maulers are going to give me a right royal butt-whooping. In all seriousness, i should have lost the last game, but the other bloke had a middie sent off, and that got me back in the game and i ended up thumpuing him 6-1. I think I'll take the home crowd money from the cup game and bow out of the cup gracefully. 6 damn rounds i lasted, and my previous best was 2!

I'm cashed up even more now, I have $4,080,767 to spend. I'm starting to think about outstanding midfielders, of maybe a formidable and an excellent.

I just did something that is breaking my heart. I just put Connie Church on the transfer list. He is one of 3 originals that has stood the test of time from the very first game of Hills Havoc until today. Unfortunately after Monday, only two originals will remain. Injuries and age has forced my hand to sell one of my all time favourite hattrick players.

Aivar Tuur (age) and Franklin Hay (skill level) have also been punted from the club today. Tuur is a passable winger/passable playmaker selling for $20,000. Hay is a passable goalkeeper selling for $50,000. But the man you should all cue up to buy is Church who is on the market for $20,000. He'd be a bargain at 10 times that price, and not only for the stars he pulls, but also for the joy he has given to me in hattrick.

DISCLAIMER: Yes I realise its just an online computer game, but for some reason I become attached to certain players. I just can't help it. I'm off to cry into a pillow.

i won away to the 2nd placed team on the weekend, 5-1.
i think that not attacking in the middle really helped, i probably woulda kept doig it all season, cause i thought it was good.
Madtown Vikings all the way to premiership glory!
although we are 2nd on the ladder, by for and against, 5 points behinf undefeated team.
its gunna be tough, but we have the squad, and the skill to go all the way!
