Typical United game.

Penalty, defender mistake, deflection and a decent goal to finish it all off.

I hope you guys start playing a bit better because if you don't i can see you losing to City then dropping points away to Sunderland on the last day.

A team dominating and scoring goals by taking shots and pressuring a defence.

Thats why United are at the top, and Arsenal are not.

 If you don't think that's a dive you're as biased as they come.

You guys see the stat that Ashley Young has "won" more penalties than anyone since the start of the 09/10 season? He's on 8 atm. Pretty sure 3 of those have come in the last month. Jeez, imagine how many he would have if he had been sold to you earlier.

So the defender didn't touch Young?
Your two little vids say otherwise.

Oh and he "won" more pens for Villa so i'd imagine that number down if I were you.

You can try be as patronizing as you want but there's a reason everyone, including SAF, thinks he dived. Frankly, it's embarrassing and delusional of you to think otherwise.

Jesus you're a special one.

OBVIOUSLY he wouldn've been given more penalties in the 2 seasons before than the 22 games he's played since then. Smh.

FWIW, i hope it doesn't bite you in the ass. You've got four games, (Everton, City, Swansea and Sunderland) where you could easily drops points and I wouldn't want a legitimate penalty not be given because of the reputation he's getting.

As much as i hate City and want you guys to hold on, you choking would be pretty amusing.

Come on mate, Young milked it for every cent it was worth, and then some. It's the same sort of shit that used to piss me off about Ronaldo.

So neither of you to thought it was a penalty?

Well your both wrong. But whatever your entitled to your opinion.

Sorry I couldn't let this go.

'Well you're both wrong. But whatever, you're entitled to your opinion'

But you're right, we have differing opinions on this. You don't think it was a dive. Myself and Sir Alex Ferguson do.

Of course he milked it.

It was still a pen though. So he didn't dive.

You dive to win a pen when its NOT a foul.
This was a foul as you can clearly see from the vid posted and Young made damn sure the ref knew it.

He could of stayed on his feet like Nani did when Kompany two footed him. What happened there? Idiots saying it wasn't bad because he didn't go down.

No amount of bad grammar will change this fact. So to point it out is childish.

Wtf are you on about? I didn't say you were wrong because your grammar was poor.

I made a note years ago not to argue with biased United fans about referee decisions so f**k knows why i've spent so long debating this one when it's so obvious to everyone that he dived.

Everyone that watched that game knew he dived but there's still the delusional few out there that think otherwise.

Was it a pen? Was there contact?

I stopped bothering to argue with him a couple of months ago. He's as stubborn as he is biased.

It was a dive. Trying to make up the excuse that Young was 'making sure the referee knew it was a penalty' is hilarious.
Was it a penalty? Maybe. Was it a dive? Yes.
Pretty indisputable.

It's a contact sport ffs. Fckn netballers would be embarrassed to go down like that.

The contact came from Young running at him. The defender pulls his leg away and Young stands on the guys foot.

You actually think there was enough contact for him to go down?

Side note. Ashley Young is a piece of shit. To do it against his old club who is getting dragged into a relegation battle, 6 minutes into the game is just ridiculous.

Wait, wait, wait. Aren't you the one that thought Nani would get a start in the Barcelona team? f**k, how did i forget that. The delusion is strong in this one.

Hilariously true though.

It was a clear penalty.
So the ref got the decision right.

Ashley Young up to his old tricks again...

untitled-1h0jan.gif

The contact came from Young running at him. The defender pulls his leg away and Young stands on the guys foot.

Watch your vid again.

The left leg comes out. It seems to stop then go out a bit further. It is then left hanging there. It does not go back until AFTER contact is made. The only reson it bends back is because it has kicked Youngs foot. His knee does not move at all. So he is not pulling his leg back.

As for running at him. Where else is he going to run? The corner flag? He was cutting in attacking the space behind the defender. The bit of space behind a leg that was left hanging out begging for a pen.

It's pretty fun the lengths these so called fans go to protect someone like Young.

The whole football world knows he dived bar Wireman and a couple of another idiot United fans who are probably from London.

It was a pen. So it was the correct decision.

Go cry about it in the main forum.

What next, when Rooney inevitably gets sent off/carded/booed for abusing a referee WireMan will tell us all that Rooney was just making sure the red knew United should have won?

Oh wait, that has already happened.....many times.
