Getting exciting. Need to get some points off City next week or you're f**ked. What were you? 8 points up with 6 games to go? Looking like a Spurs-like choke atm.

City with all the momentum now, turning over teams with Kun and Carlito up front, set up at the Etihad, better goal difference.

How interesting.

True, and I'm very worried about you guys. I said when the gap was 8 points that as long as we had a 4 point gap going into the derby I was appy because I feel we may lose it and the extra point would ensure victory long term. Now I'm worried.

In saying that I feel a title would be slightly tainted because you brought back Tevez, sort of like you've sold your soul. It tells the world "hey, we don't care what you do. Disrespect the club, disrespect the manager, disrespect the fans, take a 6 month holiday without permission, constantly tell the media you want out of the club immediately. That's all fine as long as you are good and will score goals. Scoring goals is more important than the value of the club." I had a lot of respect for them at the start the way they handled the situation. Over time they started backing up further and further on what they said, and now Tevez is back as if he never slapped the club, the manager, and the fans in the face with his arrogant and petulant attitude. I wouldn't want to win a title like that, but I don't need to worry about that I suppose because Sir Alex would never have allowed it and when you've won a bunch in living memory I suppose you're not quite so desperate to sell your soul to win one.

Anyway good luck. Even if you win I hold out hope that Newcastle can do to you what they did to us and secure 4th. :D

Tevez was fined a huge amount of money and missed out on even more on lost wages during that period.

He suffered financially out of this; and if he doesn't want to stick around past this season, the last games he has played with City shows he is still world class, just in case it was forgotten during his gold trip. This will ensure City get maximum transfer if he leaves.

no one will match the wages you guys pay him so you'll probably be stuck with him, much like Adebeyor

no one is gonna pay him €180K a week for 10 goals a season

then there is Balotelli

good luck selling those douchebags

Someone will pick Balotelli up cause he is young and they'll think they can change him.

Tevez is a piece of shit though and won't change, whoever takes him off City's hands are either desperate or stupid. That's not saying I don't think it will happen, because it will.

Adebayor will be out on loan again next season. Surely by now people will realize he only puts effort in for half a season and is pretty much a liability for the rest of it.

according to Mancini he's for sale at the end of the season, as to whether anyone actually wants him for those ridiculous wages is another story
