Although I dislike both teams at least they've made it an exciting season to the finish for someone who's team was out of contention before the season started

No, we lost because we weren't good enough. If we were, we wouldn't have been humiliated 6-1 on our own turf. We wouldn't have shipped 2 late goals against Everton. We wouldn't have lost to Blackburn and Wigan. We wouldn't have had the double done on us by Newcastle. We do not have the same quality in our line up as Citeh do, and that's the end of it. We also don't have the money to compete with them while ever their sugar daddy sticks around because of the 70-odd million quid the Glazers are draining out of our club every year.

Man U didn't win the title because they missed Vidic.

Pretty much. I've been crying about missing Wilshere all season but it's not like with him we would've been title contenders.

United would have wrapped the title up weeks ago if Vidic hadn't been injured. City were dropping points everywhere when they went without Kompany for a month or whatever it was. They'd be fckd if he had been out since December. Alas, injuries aren't an excuse and i'm sure United fans aren't using the Vidic injury as one.

Also, Jason, Newcastle didn't do the double over you haha. They drew at OT so you can stop saying that!!

I think this season has showed, as everyone else has been saying, the need for a quality midfield.... Man City have one, and in particular Yaya Toure, who is practially dragging the side to a title.

We could only manage, god love him, Scholes out of retirement to help our cause.

You wouldn't have had to bring him back if Cleverly, Anderson and Fletcher weren't all injured. In saying that, Scholes, even at his age now, is better than all three combined so i guess it was for the better.

Sounding like you'll get Kagawa next season. Not really a CM, more an AM, so be interesting to see how he fits into your team but he's a step in the right direction. Was hoping Arsenal would go for him but seeing as you're after him i guess that rules us out.

Kagawa (if we get him) will replace Park as one of our 4 winger options. Probably competing with Young on the left.

Cleverly, Ando and Fletch are not as good at setting a temo or passing, but they have more legs to get around the pitch.

That is what we need, a Carrick or Scholes type player who can also run a bit.

I don't know who though.

We didn't miss Vidic that much. Evans was very good this season.

Evans was good this season?! Lol you must not watch Trafford play.

One goal down when that happened. Didn't finish that way did it?

I watch United more than you, and at least you have started to acknowldege United do not play in Salford. Your learning.

Soon you will realise where their from though, and that their is only one team from Manchester...

Stockport massives, back on this forum for 2 weeks. Will be gone again soon.

I am always in this forum.

I watch plenty of Trafford and Johnny Evans is in the Richard Dunne school of fullbacks. Shite.

If you honestly think Johnny Evans had a good season, then you must be putting Park down as Manchester United attacker of the year.

Wouldn't expect anything less from you lot.
