I honestly believe that we have not actually played/performed a lot better than I expected.

A couple of things have gone in our favour and that is a lot of other teams have run dead or turned to shit and have fallen over. (i.e. The Donks)

And another thing is that a lot of our younger blokes dragged up to the top grade have gone alright. Some have done more than alright. But hey, it was about time that it was our turn to have a couple of youngens come good.

What I am happy about is that we have resigned a lot of the newies and this season they are learning and gaining a lot of experience. They will get finals experience too. (Unless Stake puts the curse on them)

We'll probably fall over the line.

Disappointing to see Johnson out but I am glad Trindall has been given another crack.

Meanwhile the message to Moylan was clearly you're dropped and not you're not good enough to make the 17 this week.

Anyone know whether Fifita is playing?

Good to see Bomber when makes decision sticks to it, easy option would have been bring Moylan back but stuck to his guns

We have had a blessed draw. A few more harder games would have seen us where we probably belong. Down towards thr bottom
I'm sure we won't get the same easy draw next year

We'll beat the Cows. Limp into the 8 and go out in the first week.
Just making the 8 for us is probably on par if not somewhat better, basically we lost our centre pairing straight up and have blooded so many players.
For these players to get a finals game will help them next year, when a lot of them will be then hitting around 50-60 first grade games

Our centre pairing?? Ramien was always going to be right centre. Dugan ideally left centre, with Morris and Xerri on the wings.

Morris and xerri weren’t locked in as the centre starters.
