Whislt Napa is clear as dumb as dog shyte, he didnt film these videos and he also didn't share them. He's doing nothing illegal and it is absolutely his prerogative if he's happy to be filmed in these circumstances. He's not doing anything wrong.
Essentially, Napa is a victim of a revenge porn type act. The only person who could/should be sanctioned is the person who put it in the public domain, or if you're being mega harsh, the person who added it to the WhatsApp group.

that's a very good argument. The NRL management has always been re-active rather than pro-active, they very rarely think things through (as you have.) and are very quick to buckle under media pressure rather than make common sense decisions. Any half decent leadership would already have a policy and punishment policy in place.
