He is worth 450k but WT really need personalities who genuinely love playing for the Tigers and are a positive vibe around training. Apart from Lucey, Nofa and Douihi we don't really have those players so it's important we keep him. Paying him 20% overs while we are trying to make finals is reasonable imo

On the cold hard maths I had him at $380k base factory which includes your 20% but at whole of squad average standard.

The next step as you say, is what kind of adjustment we need to

a: keep him and his temperament on song
b: offer value against competitors and

Now, people understand I’m neutral on Madge, but when he nominated Lucy as the core group, it’s pretty much a red flag to a bull for his management in terms of contract discussions.

In these discussions, I would point out to Lucys spook, that Lucy himself said, he’s only just joined 80 minutes efforts.

550 is a very good deal for Lucy, I’m probably at 500 myself.

Have to agree with your assessment, Stryker. I've been a member over there for a few years now and the place is the pits these days, rarely post anymore.

The members you've mentioned in your post pretty much sums up what is wrong with that place.

The mods, specifically the two you've mentioned are some high horse merkins, who think their opinions are far superior to everyone elses opinion. Don't dare question these two mods opinions, or you'll quickly find yourself banned.

The place has turned so soft where they had to disable the downvote feature because certain members, one included in your post were getting upset that their opinions weren't liked.

This place seems to have some good banter, which the other has lost due to the over moderation.
I look forward to chatting all things WT with you all.

@stryker is very popular here, especially when he is not grumpy.

Someone threatened him once in real life and brother Stryker was ready to go... but the mods shut it all down very quickly. They were on secret patrol very late that evening. Just as well.

They made the arrest, had a summary trial, a bullet to the head and old mate was never seen again.

It became known as the "Aquarium Affair" @stryker can tell you more about it. I was just stumbling around the forum that night when all hell broke loose.

I hid behind my keyboard and watched on.

I thought stryker shouldn't have accepted the challenge because it was way too dangerous. At any rate, this was way overs and I hope it doesn't happen again.

Much better to have a coffee with @Vic Mackey and watch the Matts

This is a fairly accurate list. I'd actually put Cochise (a mod too) the top three knobs on there. Always talking down to folks who disagree with him. Don't you dare say a bad word about Hartigan, Cochise will jump down your throat. You most likely would've found him giving Hartigan a reach around at an ambush event. Though the King Knob is by far Tiger5150.
