Nearly got in a car accident yesterday, woulda been a 50/50 blame wise I'm thinking. Was in the middle lane of a 3 lane street trailing a van who was only doing 45 ish in a 70 zone, the right hand lane wasnt available so I overtook on the left, as soon as I went he drifted and then indicated left and nearly hit me. Realising I am on my P's I figured I was right and it was my duty to ride the horn. The van then swerved back into the middle lane, while I nearly hit a car in the middle lane by drifting into it while looking back at van dood.

My Case

* Too slow in speed zone
* I am a P Plater, therefore I am God
* Dood didnt check mirrors
* Driver was possibly Asian

His Case

* I am a P Plater, therefore driving too fast, while drunk and affected by drugs
* Overtook on the left
* I am possibly Asian

With all the evidence reported the outcome is a bit clearer from my story, imo the near miss was only 26% my fault.

How boring is the internet these days, same crap all the time. I need to include more sites in my routine.

In order it goes Mininova (Downloading tv shows etc), foxsports, TV.com & LU. 5 minutes later I am bored as and up watching TV.
