These merkins need their contracts structured so they are incentivised to perform, give them a base salary and then commission based on in season performance, meeting KPI's for key areas that player needs to excel in, making the finals, GF etc

Its f**king crazy that merkins like Dilford, Ash Taylor can sit in reserves and steal $$$$$ from the clubs.

I think he’ll survive the full 2 years but they’ll need to show massive improvement next year. At the end of the day whether you think he can coach or not, he’s still inherited a side with Milford taking up 1 mil of the cap, absolute rubbish like Croft, Glenn, Arthars and then head cases like Lodge, TPJ, Isaako and Flegler.
