I like to see Dean play again with the Sharks because of his passion he has for the Club.
Peoples lets not get hysterical here he has been with the Sharks for how many years and won nothing. So what makes people so sure that if he comes back to the Sharks he will win us the premiership??????
It's Just my opinion.

Lads if your worrying whether Deano has still "Got it" worry no longer, he made a bigger impact at Hull Fc in 1 year than anyone ever has before. I dont know what he is doing these days but the guy is still a legend up in Hull and I would love nothing more than to see him return to his beloved sharkies to give you guys the premiership

He left behind an absolute legion of fans at Hull and I absolutely know he will be talked about fondly by Hull fans for YEARS to come.

The guys heart and passion were unreal, For 24 rounds I felt truly honoured to have watched Dean Treister play footy for his army of Hull fans. Every single week the chant used to go up and around the Kc Stadium "Deeeeeeaaaaanooooooo" he would turn around and raise his arm or give us a clap before carrying on making tackles all over the place and causing havoc around the ruck.

I would *honestly* hand on heart pay money to travel to Australia and watch Dean play in the finals for the Sharks!

All the best lads, if it happens it would be a fantastic story and a fitting return

Clubmanship

Club spirit

blue black and white

win , or feel sick to the guts

never give up

be prepared to take a knock for your team mates

drive

enthusiasm

embarrasment at losing

genuine love and time for shark fans

honest and genuine.

Just some phrases that to me, sum up what we lack from current performances.

They just happen to be all qualities that this true clubman has bucket loads of.

I'd love to see the little fella back with us. Plenty of fond memories of his little Devon head darting and ducking around the rucks.

Great actor too!

Realistically though, I think if he could have come back, he would have been back.

i agree with generalzod here he was with the club for ten odd years, and he played with the passion you guys are all talking about but we still have won nothing. so whats going to be different if he joins the sharks now?

He wasn't the reason we didn't win anything. I don't think he will ever be back, so it's a non argument anyway. He was one of our favourite son's though.

We should get a petition together and take it to the club. I reckon you could take it around the ground at a home game and you would get 15,000 sigs on it especially if Shireshark was responsible for the petition. That would show the club the fans have the passion so why have'nt the current players.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if there are 15,000 to sign it at the game this week.

Dear Members and Supporters,
The Board realises that things have not been running as smoothly as possible and we would like to reassure you that we are doing all possible to get the team back to winning form.

Due to the overwhelming calls for the club to re sign Dean Treister I have decided that an immediate approach will be made to Dean to rejoin the Sharks asap.

If Dean is agreeable to terms we expect he could be back in Sharks colours as early as next week.

Again thank you for your continued support and input.

Regards

Barry Pierce
