At times, it must be a thankless task but without them there would be no competition. I'm not enough of a masochist to want to do the job

I think a major feature of this years compeitition has been the consistency of the marking and the effiency with which games were marked quickly.

So I think we should put on record our thanks and congratulations to all the referees for their peformances throughout this season.

Good on you terracesider, most people will agree with you.
At the beginning of last year you might recall that we were struggling to find refs... but next year we will have more than double the refereeing personnel.
It's all good.
