There are murmurs that Ben Hunt want out of the club. He won't stay at the club if Hook leaves. That was all we heard last year. Few weeks back, Dogs were after him. Now, Titans are after him. He wants to play 7 and not 9. Let's not forget that Hook/Hunt era has been a disaster. Hook as a head coach and Hunt as captain was a disaster. Yes, he tried his heart out last year for his buddy Hook, but he is no leader and that's why Hook/Hunt era failed. Yes we made semis 2018 when he first arrived, but that was under Widdop/James Graham's leadership, not Hunt's.

Now, if he wants out, ok let him go but whoever wants to pick him up must pay a hefty transfer fee. Similar to what Roosters were asking for Ryles. Management and incoming head coach coach must be tough.

If he decides to stay, he can stay but he has to stop whinging and play footy at a position where it suits the team. If incoming coach (Flanno or Young) wants him to play dummy half, he must comply.

And finally to Mr Ben Hunt: After 2 years and 10 rounds of failure under your captaincy where you made millions and the club languished at the bottom half of the ladder, put the needs of the club ahead of your desires.

Agree with your post, but we actually havent heard Hunt say anything like this, Im willing to give him the benefit of doubt until i see something directly from him.

No, because the club would be a bigger laughing stock than it already is.
No wonder Ryles didn’t want the job when you read the anti-Hunt stuff of the club’s supporters. Remember Bennett’s saying, if you listen to the people in the stands, you’ll soon end up there with them. Imagine if Bennett had listened to the forum saying we’d never win a premiership with Hornby at half?
The club has lots of problems. Ben Hunt is the least of them.

Since Hook's departure all I heard was Hunt's manager come out and say he is not agitating for a release from the Dragons. That quote seems to have never been repeated by the Journo's but the quote Hunt said month's before that about starting again and not waiting 2 years etc has been quoted many times.
