Interesting post from a previous poster who had a very objective expose regarding Dean young.
and although I did not wish for Dean young to be considered, but it was very, very, interesting!
I would suggest that those that are serious about the coach, search that comment out, because it changed or altered my view on his potential.

Many have said that it is too soon. He needs more experience elsewhere. If he's back here, it will reek of nepotism.
