Okay i think the Taulagi mail is off he posted a cryptic story on instagram in Burleigh Heads people are now suggesting he is off to the Titans. Fletch on the run home thinks he will end up there also, perhaps Sami will come to us for 2027 after all.

I agree with Old Timer to a degree. I really like the way Ryles has the Parra attack buzzing. The other advantage Ryles has is Moses and we have Kyle. I believe that says enough
Q: Why is a fit Mitch Moses like a magician?

A: Because he makes the coach look like a genius!

When Moses injured, that's when the coach gets judged, aka Brad Arthur!
Time will tell with Ryles.

My source still thinks he is coming and a Cowboys fan said he is getting married this week in the Gold Coast so who actually knows.
Do you think before you post? Many posters have been banned for sharing misinformation or not quoting sources, you have shared many rumours which you generally back track on, post it with your chest or don’t post it at all.

Considering eleven players were out, and a few of them for the season, Eisenhuth retiring and Molo abandoning ship, I thought the old windbag did alright
Eisenhuth was shit & Molo barely better so losing them was hardly damaging to our campaign.

All teams had injuries and some to key players like Moses, Walker etc etc our issue was no more significant than other teams.

If you think bottom 4 is ok after SF purchased Gutherson, Cook, Holmes, Guller as his key to unlock the side then best you think again.

The result was piss poor.

You seem to do a lot of laughing emojis.

Perhaps you’d also like to express some thoughts as to what you agree / disagree with?

Always good to have fresh input.

I was told it was done and they have now back tracked their information slightly. I named the source in previous posts unlike many others.

Do you want me to PM all the correspondence?

Mitchell Moses for me is the best halfback in the comp. Its no wonder that Parra tend to win when he plays but often lose when he doesn't. A player like Moses helps attracts talent too.
Moving Gutho on was a good move for everyone involved. Good for Parra, they have given plenty of development to Isaiah Longi and he's repaid them by playing really well.
It worked out well for Gutho and Dragons as well, he was our best player last year and has brought some much needed leadership. The Dragons no longer are a team of dickheads as they were a few years ago.
I think JDB is a great get for them and a loss for us however this time its us who are investing in our youth. Hopefully this really pays off in 2027 and beyond.
Parra have gained some good players for next year but they've also lost some talent since Ryles era. Blaize Talagi, Ethan Sanders and now Lomax to name a few.
My prediction for 2026 would be if Moses is fit then they're top 8. If he misses a few games then they miss the 8 and if he missed the whole season they'd be bottom 4.

Almost word for word what my primary school teacher used to say to me when she caught me sniggering at the back of the class.

Hang in there @mattw5.
It is a rumours thread, and great if it works out to be right, but if not, just move onto the next one.
What I am trying to say is, please keep posting this sort of information here.
I am mate don’t worry.

i have been told its a done deal by someone who has sources and works in this space, i even have had Brent Read look into it and he says it is decent mail.

I actually named the source so people can take it up with him.

Most rumours are baseless.

Hey Oldtimer, Parra played Saints twice in 2025. Never led the Saints once in 160 minutes. Won the first game in Golden point which is the only time they hit the lead. Both games similar, Saints gone to a huge lead, put foot off the gas and Parra get close. In the second games, Saints lost 3 players to injury in the game and end up with a front rower as their only bench player. Ryles game plans did not seem so superior.

Melbourne score 56 points against Parra and 3 weeks later the Storm manage to score 8 points against Saints.

Parra got a few wins on the back of Moses, especially the Tigers game. If Moses was at Saints, especially at that time when he came back, Saints would be in the 8. Why, because they led a few games in that time and could not finish it. For example against the Dogs and Warriors, Saints have Moses in those 2 games and Saints win. Simple.

Saints scored 107 tries in the end to Parra 101 tries. But apparently Parra had a better season, yet they beat Saints on golden point when they were totally outplayed which they ended the season on 10 wins to Saints 8. If Saints win that game against Parra it is 9 wins each. And Saints dropped that game against Souths so would be 1 ahead. Saints were terrible but Parra where not that far superior. Brad Arthur and Ryles proving to be similar and that is reliant on Mitch.

So old timer, please tell us how Parra had such a standout season to Saints apart from the ladder standing which in the end means nothing as both missed the finals?

How can you back Ryles when he chose to coach Parra over Saints? I am sure Parra fans would feel the same if Nathan Cayless was a much sought after coach and knocks back going to Parra to come to Saints especially at a time Parra needed him. You may hate Flanno but your mate Ryles is what got Flanno to Saints. He could have easily chosen Saints but let you especially down where as Flanno jumped at the chance which automatically a better coach in my eyes.
