It is rumoured that the club has done an analysis of Boot Camp and what it actually achieved.
The club in its infinite wisdom has finally worked that we peaked way too early and that whilst Boot Camp showed signs of having benefit it was all far too early in the season.
Evidently we have engaged Gorgeous George Rose to run the pre season conditioning for the upcoming season and KFC & Krsipy Kreme under George's guidance will be looking after the off season dietary and nutritional requirements for the players.
It is anticipated that employing such tactics will ensure no player will peak early, we will have no SOO reps and Boot Camp can be run over the weekend of our first bye with a much needed refresher course on the weekend of our second bye.
The club is confident that this reverse program will be successful at the back end of the season and have us really flying as the semis approach (strategically much better than last year) but they are a little concerned as to how we might eke out a couple of much needed victories early on.
Our coach is of the belief that someone may have the answer to this problem and encourages all fans to place their ideas in the suggestion box located on the desk in his office.
A suggestion that we give all our younger players game time early in the season as they will be naturally fit and very keen to impress has already been discounted, so it is highly advised that you only include senior players and journeymen in your strategy.
